So far I only have a small complaint…
So far I only have a small complaint but overall satisfied with my purchase! I ordered a XL anxiety bed for my baby and she appears to love it! I ordered it on 10/15. The order summary showed it will take 7-21 days and within 11 days it arrived! She hasn’t tried to rip through it as she does with anything else either. I do wish it was advertised to purchase a XXL for her breed as it fits her as long as she curls up. Pictures show both perfect fit when curled up and laying straight not so perfect. It’s a beautiful color too and the fabric is soft. I will definitely be purchasing another one so she can have two.

fake product
fake product, not as described at all, quality is so poor and nothing like the claims. The reviews on their website are also fake. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Item took forever to arrive/smaller than expected
Item took forever to arrive. Unfortunately, when I placed my order none of these similar feedbacks were there to help make a better decision. Seems like we all purchased our products at the same time. The price was not fair in my opinion for what I received. Using the guidelines provided this bed was too small..when I reached out to customer service I was told the order matched the size I submitted. Well of course it would, because the site provided sizing details which I followed. The bed was not sturdy and i don't think it's washable.. however my Maltese jumped in curled up and went to sleep nevermind the fact that he kept falling out. But then again my dog loves anything new that he feels is his. I never bothered to ask about returning because they stated I'd have to pay shipping and handling and for the time it took to receive I figured this would be the same price as the bed. One suggestion they .ade was to let the bed sit for a few days until it reaches its full size and I think it did open up a bit but still smaller thank expected.

Not easy to return - company based in China
The good news - my order arrived pretty quickly (10 days). The problem is that having measured our dog's current bed I ordered extra large (80cm), but on arrival the centre is only 37cm with the rest being a raised rim. Our dog doesn't like this and has therefore refused to use the bed. I emailed the company to ask for the address to return the item to for a full refund as stated on the website. I got an email back saying having 30% off another one and keep the original. I said I didn't want that, I wanted to return the item for a full refund. I got a quick email in response saying all the information is on their website (with a link) or I could keep the item for a 15% refund. Still no address to return the item to - it's not anywhere on the website. I emailed again to say that and was then told the return address is in CHINA!! If I didn't want to return it, the offer was then upped to a 30% refund. This I have reluctantly accepted as it will cost me more to send the item back to China.

Best Bed Ever
I got the bed I ordered for my 10 plus year pity, whom just loves it!!!! The fabric/fur is so soft and soothing my boy just loves to Waller in it. It took a minute to get but was worth the wait. I am pleased with my purchase. I recommend this product,

Ordered item waited over two weeks for…
Ordered item waited over two weeks for delivery when it finally arrived it was too small after I’d followed their recommendation for breed size when I asked for a returns information …only then realised it would cost me nearly twice the cost of the item to return it to CHINA I was offered a 15% refund which was pathetic but was only way to get some money back DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE The claim if fully satisf guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on

My cat is happy
MrFluffyfriend provided me with an excellent buying experience. I bought a fluffy sofa cover for my cat, and it not only fits well, but it is also quite soft and cuddly. The shipment was swift, and I'm one happy customer!
