This is a scam operation.

Terrible experience with a company with bad policies. I bought 2 beds from them and then went to Trustpilot and remembered wait I ordered from them before and these bad reviews are spot on! Within 5 minutes and before order confirmation I cancelled. Days later before even receiving a tracking number they said “nope too late.” I begged them to stop the “process” of shipping but it was too late apparently it’s one of those processes that starts and is impossible to stop? They must fulfill it? Why I wondered? Ah, cuz it’s lost revenue to them. They sent the beds and I never opened but cannot return them because I must mail them to CHINA. Now, it would be one thing if they were mailed from china but they have an office in the US. The address is on the label. I offered to pay return myself but not to china sorry. And not for a partial refund. I disputed with my credit card. And the product itself I remember is terrible! The sizes are off it’s nothing like the pictures.
