Arrived in good time
Arrived in good time. Dog absolutely loves it. I got the XL which was big enoufh for my very large lab. It does take up alot of room by the fire!! I had no problems with the company they got back to me straightaway with a query. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there could be a bit more padding/memory foam piece in the middle which would make it more comfy. I had to put a memory foam piece under it for her joints whuch are sore.

Salisfactory
Both dogs like it but a bit small for the Collie. A pity it is made in China and not the UK and unlikely that I will purchase from this company again.

VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCT - SIZE IS WAY SMALLER THAN ADVERTIZED, AND PADDING IS ALMOST NON-EXISTANT
VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCT - not much about the advertising of this product is true. The size is MUCH smaller than the advertised size. We ordered a Large size for our medium sized dog, and it is MUCH too small for her. The padding is almost non-existent. Our dog would not even try to lay on it. It will be the right size for our cat, but I don't know if she will even use it - it has such poor quality padding.

Absolute crap
Absolute crap, do not buy. Not like the pictures, overpriced and you won’t be able to cancel or return your order once placed. Stay away, you’ve been warned.
