Rip off
Looked really good! Very thin fabric and poor quality for the price. Disappointed that I wasted my money on this bed! For the price expected so much better quality.

Misleading advertising
The product was ok. But they misadvertise in saying they provide free refunds. I needed to return the product (wrong size), but the cost of shipping the package back (to China) exceeded the value of the item. So they offer a 15% refund if do not shop the product back. So in reality, it is a 15% refund, not a full refund. THIS IS MISLEADING ADVERTISING. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, AND SUGGEST YOU DO NOT EITHER.

Undoubtedly the bed runs small in size
Undoubtedly the bed runs small in size. Ordered an XL and my golden doodle’s head is always hanging out. Took him a while to adjust to the new bed but now he adores it and sleeps like a sheep. I am working and I can hear him snoring away.

I ordered the xl anxiety bed for my dog…
I ordered the xl anxiety bed for my dog and I just received the package today and when I opened it I was shocked at how small the bed is!! So disappointing!! This company should let customers know the beds run smaller than the actual size! Otherwise I would’ve ordered a larger bed! I have a Siberian Husky and half her body hangs off it! So dissatisfied!

I have had my xxxlarge mr
I have had my xxxlarge mr. Fluffy bed for 3 weeks now and my Basset Hound Max who is 11will not go near it. I have tried and tried to get him to lay on it and he lays on the floor. I don’t have the reciept anymore so no order number Margie Milligan

SCAM
SCAM; return is very expensive to a Chinese address. Chinese JUNK. Cannot post reviews on their site and every review has a picture...written by THEM, it is a big SCAM. Ordered one bed for $85, they added another to my cart for $58.10 and charged my card for both. Asked them right away to cancel both and they said i had to wait for them to come in to return. Came in, tried to return to the Chinese return address given but it would cost $108 to return. Already out 141 and didnt want to add another 100 because i know it will be impossible to get a return. The beds are complete CRAP.

Worth the wait!!!
It took a little longer than I expected to receive Shelby’s new bed, but it was well worth the wait!!! Shelby LOVES HER NEW BED - so much so that she wants us to move it into the living room from our bedroom once we awake! You will never regret buying a Mr Fluffy Friend bed for your pet!!!

Very pleased with our purchase, as are the dogs!
Let's start with the fact that this is not an incentivised review. Very pleased with the two large beds that we bought for our greyhound and lurcher. Whilst it's a fact that sight hounds will sleep practically anywhere they have taken to their new beds immediately and seem to be sleeping better on them. We bought 2 x XXL orthopaedic pillows which arrived in good time and were priced reasonably. The only slight issue is that we could probably have got away with buying the XL but at least they've got plenty of room! All in all we (and the dogs) are very pleased with our purchase.
