My dogs love the beds and blankets and my rescue sheepdog x much appreciates fresh water from the automatic filler water bowl - she's fussy. I missed the chance of a lovely photo of one of my Jack Russels wrapped in a new fluffy blanket in her fluffy bed and one paw round it to make sure that the others knew it was hers so keep off!! VERY VERY pleased with all my orders and more important so are all my fur balls!

Stuffing, Stuffing, Stuffing
The bed was soft and comfy, but my dog, I guess liked the furry feel and stuck her nose into the bed and chewed. A Minute later, she came up with a mouth full of stuffing. If your dog likes to find the stuffing in their toys (and you don’t care) your dog will have a “hay day”. But if you want a dog bed that will last, then you need one with a bit more material between your dog and the stuffing. My dog doesn’t even chew up her toys that much???

Comfy Dog Bed
I recently purchased one of your super comfy dog beds for my labrador. He absolutely loves it, indeed it is hard to get him out of it sometimes. His old bed has now been relegated to the car!

AVOID THIS PRODUCT
AVOID THIS PRODUCT. Terrible product, poorly made, and useless customer service. The first day I opened the bed my dog bit it once and the whole bed ripped open and all the slight weight stuffing came out. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund as it was within 30 days. They asked for a photo, which I provided, and then said 'since it wasn't damaged in shipping they wouldn't refund my money". They did not address the poor quality of the product and would not let me return or get a refund. In addition, the dog bed has no padding on the bottom, is cheaply made, and does not deserve anyone's business. If I could give them a 0 (ZERO) I would.

MrFluffyFriend Anxiety Relieving Pet Bed
MrFluffyFriend Bed Several months ago I ordered a bed for my Mini Schnauzer! To say she loves it is inadequate!! Unfortunately there were no care instructions and I filed a complaint. I have just received two more beds for different locations in our home so our dog is always comfortable and am so very grateful for the laundering instructions attached to the bed as well as on an instruction sheet for keeping in the laundry room. A million thanks for listening!!
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Jan 28, 2024
