This is the fourth Fluffy bed I've…
This is the fourth Fluffy bed I've purchased. We have two for the house, one for the car and gifted another. The dogs love this bed and I love how easy it is to wash. Visiting canine friends plop themselves on the beds and never want to leave. The beds are durable and air dry quickly.

Size matters
I ordered a large for my beagle. The bed that arrived was much smaller than expected. My beagle seems ok with it, but I really thought she would have more room. I ordered the bed using my phone and had a problem with my mailing address. I contacted customer support, and the problem was immediately resolved. I also contacted customer support about the delivery date, and I received a quick response.

Terrible transaction- beds are alot…
Terrible transaction- beds are alot smaller than advertised and my dogs avoided them like the plague. When i tried to return them, they told me I had to send them back to China. No local US return address- after complaining and them offering on 15% return, I got them to refund 50% and donated the beds to local rescue. F*** this company and its products
Response from MrFluffyFriend™Apr 20, 2024
Dear Mark, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience with our beds. We strive to provide top-notch products and service, and it's disheartening to learn that we fell short of your expectations.
