The bed was not as it was described or appeared online. It's not cushioned at all, it's more crunchy. The sides are just about level with the middle part. My dog won't even lay in it. When I contacted MrFluffyFriend, they gave me a 30% discount but would not let me send it back free of charge and get a refund.

Le coussin "anti stress" est arrivé tellement compressé que tout est "cassé " (rembourrage interne des bordures et du coussin central) et rien ne se remet en place. Des espaces de 5 cm tous les 20 cm ! C'est une honte d'oser vendre ce produit pour nos animaux de compagnie !! 🤬🤬🤬

Bluff!! Detta är ett riktigt bedrägligt företag som har falsk marknadsföring! Produkterna skickas från Kina och har väldigt dålig kvalité! Om du vill returnera produkten så måste du som kund skicka tillbaka dom till Kina och själv stå för alla tullavgifter och skatter samt övriga fraktavgifter vilket blir dyrare än vad produkterna kostat från början! Jag köpte två filtar som var väldigt dåliga och har nu blivit blåst på 938kr!! Även en väldigt dålig kundtjänst som inte alls är bemötande!

The bed is of average quality. I ordered an oversized bed for my 60 lb dog. Took about a week for it to fully fluffy but it needs more batting in the center section. Not as full as the picture. The owner contacted me explaining they have improved the large beds fluffyness and want to send me a new one. Changing my review to 4 stars for their customer service. I will upgrade my review later if the bed is indeed improved

Achtung!! Billigware aus China, Zurücksendung nach China bei Umtausch!!! Teures Porto muss selbst gezahlt werden. Finger weg von diesem betrügerischen Shop. Außerdem dauert der Versand mindestens 14Tage oder länger, kein Wunder, wenn die Ware um die halbe Welt fliegt.

I ordered the Calming Bed and upon delivery didn't know how to put it together. I emailed customer service, and they immediately responded with video instructions. It was so easy and my Dog LOVES the bed. I ordered it because he wants to come on couch all the time and I was hoping this would stop him. I think this may have worked.

I bought an orthopaedic bed for my dog having seen it advertised on a circular - the circular was for the .co.uk website, whereas my device defaults to the .com website so I paid a higher price than if I'd looked on the .co.uk website at the same time (about £20 difference). When I pointed out the discrepancy, MrFluffyFriend said it was to do with the exchange rate but weren't prepared to refund the difference, couldn't stop the order (despite only a day or so going by), and (as everyone else says) would only accept returns via China at a cost to me. Tried the bed anyway and with a bit of imagination it's the size they said it would be. It took ages to fluff up and even then, it's not very fluffy. I had to unzip it and pull the stuffing around to get it going. I'm still not sure it's right two weeks on! It'll need considerable blankets/pillows in winter to make it nest-like enough in the cold weather. I was quite annoyed at the service and quality issues because I've ordered an anti-anxiety bed from them before which my girl absolutely loves still two years on, and that was perfect with no issues over quality, service or price. I won't be taking a chance with them again though and have unsubscribed from their circular so I don't forget and try to reorder something.
