The Christmas ice skaters were broken as soon as I took it out of the box. I think the magnets are not working that engage with the skaters. I immediately contacted costumer support to get a new one asap and they have not helped me but said they would forward my concern to the warranty department but I have not heard back.

Aaaaaaaaaagh. Finally I have the large outdoor Mr Christmas tree. Growing up, as I think everyone remembers, my grandmother had a Mr Christmas ceramic tree and I just associate it so much sooooo I have quite a collection (it’s an obsession) but I finally got the large one. It was perfectly wrapped and cared for. Amazing. Fast shipping too!

Kids absolutely love this. They are always so excited to talk with Santa!

I belong to a Jeep club and we always do a Christmas parade and I was so excited to use the sledding penguins I thought it would be a great addition so I ordered it and waited. I’m not wanting to check my emails. I know a lot of people like that and by the time I noticed I got a refund because they sold more than what they had I really hate that it’s happened to me before with another company. I feel like that’s something that should never happen. The Christmas tree I got is very cute.

We have been looking for a ceramic tree like my grandmother had. This tree was the closest we had ever seen and it was reasonably priced. It was easy to place the order and it didn't take long for us to receive the tree. Would order from this company again.
