I ordered 3 mini Christmas trees. I had ordered these in the past from QVC and never had a problem. I gave them as trinkets to everyone and I get so many complements! This time however ordering from Nr Christmas directly I paid at least 50% more and 1 of the trees battery boxes does not close and keeps on opening. It won’t shut properly. So therefore 33% of my order is defective.

The Christmas item I received was poorly packaged. The blow mold was scuffed do to the bag settling and coming off the blow mold in shipment. The bag was merely placed over the item. Not tied or taped to stay in place. The box had a large crush hole in it as well.

Item said it also could be used outside. Instructions said extension cords could not be used. Plug must remain covered. So no you can not use outside. Would not have ordered if this had been stated online.

I was really hopeful that this would be a wonderful Christmas item. What I failed to understand and I did not get clearly in the description is that you have to purchase minutes on top of the telephone. And this was just disappointing. I'm hoping to be able to return it for a refund as this is not what I was hoping for.

Saw one Christmas item in advertisement on Facebook. The advertisement was offering 25% off. So I downloaded your app. Went through the app and you don’t even have the item listed for sale.

I ordered a few items last year after Christmas for use this Christmas. One item was the 10ft. outdoor climbing Santa. This item worked perfectly for 3 days then Santa stopped climbing. I disconnected and then reconnected all wires. This did not help. After speaking with someone from Suntronics, the company that repairs items for Mr. Christmas I was disappointed to hear they do not really repair items, just sell parts. Another item was the Santa riding a construction lift (indoor item) After a week this item started making a "grinding" noise and did not operate as it should have. Although we have other Mr. Christmas items that work well we are disappointed with the lack of repair service offered by Mr. Christmas. I will be questioning whether I will buy anything else from this company.

I received a carousel that is defective. It has a thumping noise, and it rattles. I sent Mr. Christmas customer service a video of the carousel, so they could hear the thumping noise and rattling. The base is rattling. I just received an email from Mr. Christmas Support, telling me that the thumping noise is normal. One of the horses has a deep groove in the side. They told me that I was welcome to return it at my own expense. To me, the noise of the rattling is annoying.
