Mr. ChristmasReviews of mrchristmas.com

We love our Mr. Christmas items and they came packed up tightly, no issues and quick delivery for a very Merry Christmas & some happy children!

Prompt delivery

I received my items quickly and they were both as described on website. I purchased the candy cane tree with train and the 36 inch red and white striped candles. My only suggestion/complaint is I wish the switches for the candles were somewhere besides on the bottom.

Mr Christmas Ceramic Christmas trees are perfect for homes with Cats! This is our second 24” tree and we are very satisfied! Good quality and fast shipping.

Years ago I had one and it was destroyed in a flood. Really missed the special effects that are made when the lights are set on multiplex

Received the snowflake but the wheel was missing to secure the centerpiece. I contacted Customer Service. Serenity contacted me asking for proof of purchase. Can’t she just check the order to see that it was paid? Then she asked for a picture which I sent to her twice, and the 5 digit item number which was also sent twice. Then there has been no response whatsoever.

Not worth the money at all. Keeps messing up. Wish I never bought it. But once you activate it you can’t return it. So I’m stuck with something that doesn’t work properly.

I’m so grateful to Mr Christmas. After many years of working without incident, Maestro Mouse did not work after unboxing. Cust. Service told me who to call, and he gave me instructions on how to fix it. My 88 y/o mother was so pleased her favorite thing was fixed. We also received a new music box - people skating on a pond. It is loved by all who see it. Mr Christmas made this Christmas perfect for us. Thank you!
