My item is defective. I have tried reaching out to customer service for a return or replacement. I have sent several emails and no response. Customer service is the worst.

Almost 30 years ago my neighbor had given me the Holiday Skaters. Every year I put it up with the rest of my decorations. Little by little the lights burnt out and the music stopped playing. Eventually the skaters stopped moving. I tried ordering a new one but every time they were sold out or unavailable. Until this year. Now I have a brand new one and cannot wait for Christmas to put it out. My grand girls will be so excited. Maybe not as excited as I am. Thank you!

The item arrived scratched and used. The batteries is already in it and 1 million fingerprints all over it. I emailed back several times and have heard absolutely nothing, what an awful experience with this company, truly disappointed.
