This is a great idea and scary at the same time. But the down side is the hidden cost of minutes. What a shame. You pay $100 for something only to use it get your kids hopes up then stick the parents with $20 for 60 more mins. Talk about Christmas greed. Again, kids LOVE IT, but the parents know better.

Terrible item. Definitely not how it is advertised. Santa does not listen always wants to go hang up he literally says good talking to you in the middle of conversations he misunderstands CLEAR words and requests. It was a HUGE waste of money. I do not recommend buying this for your kiddos.

love my xmas tree nightlight except for one flaw. on either side of the lower part of the tree there should be lights. there is not, so the blank spots look like it is unfinished. otherwise it is well made and looks very festive.

When unpacking the Christmas tree, the disc that contains the LED components, was dangling from the bottom of the tree. The disc had been attached at some point, but was no longer attached when I received it. I contacted customer service for a resolution, and Angeliqa said I needed to provide a copy of the bill (which I downloaded from the Mr. Christmas website). I submitted that info the same day. To date (5 days later), I have sent 3 ADDITONAL Emails requesting my Refund, and have received NO RESPONSE AT ALL!
