I love Mr Christmas products. I have adored them for so long. Though my children are grown, I still purchased the things I wish I could have purchased when they were little. Looking at them brings me much joy .

Employees were a great help.

I had one from 2011 and the speaker was way louder. We only had it half way turned up and the new one you can’t hear the music from the road with the music turned all the way up. I wish there was an option to blue tooth music to it also.

Price was dropped hours after I ordered. i sent two emails on separate days asking for the lower price adjustment and never heard a word back. This was my first order with Mr, Christmas.

I was very disappointed with my recent purchase from Mr. Christmas. The item arrived damaged despite the packaging being completely intact, which tells me the issue is due to poor construction rather than shipping. I reached out to the company for a resolution on 12/5/25 via email and through their website, and I’m still waiting for any kind of response from customer service. For a brand that specializes in holiday products, this level of quality and lack of support is extremely frustrating. I’m hoping to receive a resolution soon, but so far the experience has been very disappointing.
