Not the item I thought I had ordered. Am having an extremely hard time trying to return it. It seems like you are dragging your feet so it will be over 30 days and then you don’t let me return

I have yet to get info on my need to make a return. I last replied to email with the requested photos and proof of purchase, but still haven't heard anything regarding a replacement and a return. ---- Follow-up: I finally found a phone number for their customer support and was able to get help. The phone number I used was 800-467-9627.

I think the idea is very cute but it is such a pain in the butt to connect it needs to have an easier connect because it takes me like 10-15 minutes before I can actually even have my daughter talk to Santa
