Everything I love my ceramic Christmas Tree.

The kids genuinely love it. It’s impressive how it understands and confirms back what you say. The only thing we do not care for is that now it is asking the children to do a 25 day challenge which wants them to come back on the phone every day. Obviously this cost additional money that you have to add onto the phone, but more importantly is the concern that it gets mundane if you continue to do it over and over and it loses it sort of special sparkle and authenticity in my opinion.

I was very disappointed in my purchase and returned it and have been waiting for a refund.

The item I received is broken. I emailed customer service, with no response. Their return policy is that you have to email customer service to get a return authorization code within 30 days and I have not received a response, a code or any solution for my broken item.

The tree I ordered was broken, I have emailed and messaged support and still no reply to assist.

Prompt shipment and trees just as described. I have about 7 Mr Christmas trees now - all still working!
