I purchased a 12"Carousel for my daughter and it was damaged and I have written and sent pics as your company instructed me and nothing has been done and no one has responded to what is to be done. This was a Christmas gift and very disappointing for my grandchildren. Purchased 12-22-25 order #62848

If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. I was told that Mr. Christmas would be shipping out 3 replacement plates from 2 different sets. They are individual character plates, each with a different design. After weeks of endless calls, text, and emails; they were never sent. I messaged several times over weeks as they were selling them online. They waited to respond once the plates were sold out and no longer available. Then they sent a refund for 25 dollars. They keep responding back saying they have refunded for 3plates. Now I’m left with 2 incomplete set of plates and a refusal to refund or replace. I have kept documentation & have the messages saying the plates were going to be sent. Company has terrible customer service, but more importantly are their deceptive business practices. They also provided a phone number that is rarely answered. When they answered .. they told me plates were sent, told me they would get back to me. I have documentation of over 20 emails and 15 texts as well as phone attempts. They have hung up on me after long holds, then said they were “disconnected” after I called back.

I purchased two of the beautiful ceramic Christmas Trees; one for my daughter and one for myself. They are absolutely beautiful and we shall enjoy them for many years to come. Mr. Christmas products are always excellent products.
