LOVE the products. Hate the lack of Customer Service! We ordered 4 Carousels of which one decorative cardboard box was ripped. These are gifts, so the ripped box was not acceptable to gift. There is NO PHONE NUMBER for this business, so I contacted Mr. Christmas on 12/31 via e-mail. I received one email back from Rachel, who offered a 10% discount, which I declined. I then filled out the Contact Form on 1/7/26 and received an email from Serenity who stated: 'Let me get you over to our product specialist to help you from here!" I have yet to hear back. At this point I have no other choice but to contact my credit card company for a Chargeback. Very poor Customer Service!

I am so happy! We love the plates and it was shipped so fast. We actually received them on Christmas Eve and were able to use them for both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

My absolute favorite holiday is Christmas my husband and I would buy stuff to display on our front lawn and back deck and yard too plus inside too it makes me so happy with the pretty lights the tree the window with Pooh n tigger display on windows seat and the bells hung across the dining room wall playing songs luv all the animation items

So impressed with the quality and beauty of my Mr. Christmas Regal merry go round. It was packaged perfectly and arrived with no damage. Love the illumination and the music choices as well. Great purchase!

I have an issue with one of my products that is defective and the communication from the Customer Service is terrible. Its been almost 2 weeks, they are not quick to respond going several days between emails. Still have no resolution

We have not received warranty on the last display ordered, worked for several days and the quit working
