One item was missing from order, 6/6 musical ornaments did not work. I have been trying to contact Mr. Christmas and have not heard back from the company.

Terrible experience with Mr. Christmas. When my $160+ order finally arrived two items were broken. I sent an email with pictures right away. No response. Sent a second email, three days later received a response asking for order confirmation, item #'s, shipping address. I responded right away with all of these things. No response. Sent another email, no response. At this point I will be disputing the charge on my card. Horrendous customer service and obviously cheap product.
