I had a really pleasant experience with Moza support. I made a selection error when checking out, so I contacted Jane on the Moza discord and the order support email address. Within 12 hours I had an acknowledgement of the request from Jane, and the order was amended the next day. Really smooth! My advice is to use the discord as there seems to be some really active support!

Bei Moza mangelt es eindeutig an Kommunikation mit dem Kunden von Mozas Seite aus. Die Qualität der Produkte ist super, man sollte aber nicht bei Moza selber bestellen. Ich habe mir die Multi-function Stalks bestellt, an dem Tag wo sie man vorbestellen konnte. Meine Lieferung wurde immer noch nicht verschickt, während andere Kunden, die später bestellt haben ihre bereits erhalten haben. Erst nach nachfrage bei Moza und auf dem Moza Discord, wurde mir mitgeteilt das ein Fehler gemacht wurde und die Ware nicht nach Bestellreihenfolge verschickt wurde. Da jetzt Moza selbst keine Multi-function Stalks mehr hat müssen sie auf die nächste Lieferung warten. Dadurch verschiebt sich meine Bestellung noch weiter. An sich wäre das kein Problem. Aber eine einfache Info-Mail nach dem Motto „Hey sorry wir haben einen Fehler gemacht deine Bestellung kommt später“ ist anscheinend zu viel verlangt. Die Ware sollte eigentlich vorraussichtlich Mitte November verschickt werden. Jetzt muss ich bis mindestens Dezember warten. (Im August vorbestellt) Das Problem ist einfach das man solche wichtigen Infos erst auf eigene Nachfrage bekommt.

Why buy Moza when VRS and Simagic exist? moza wants so lock you in their crappy ecosystem without any alternatives (And they proudly think that's the way forward). At least Simagic opens their products to Simhub as well. Don't fall for the hype videos from paid shills online. They also run their discord server aka echo chamber like totalitarians. Valid complaints gets censored and attacked by the sheep over there. They're all Moza lapdogs, that own an R5 bundle and think they know what quality sim racing gear is. If you value longevity, quality and customer support, stay far away from Moza.

An amazing quality product, buch better program on the PC then competitors too. Changed from a Fanatec to Moza, Fanatec is good quality product, however lacks customer service and a friendly user interface. From what I can tell so far of Moza, it ticks all my bixes

Cool stuff when it works. 3 out of 4 products since 2022 have required weeks and weeks of shipping back and forth and bug testing before they behaved as expected. The discord support is disorganized, condescending, and un-thorough, so I quickly learned to email Moza directly but you need to budget a month before you'll be up and running.

Aufgrund der guten Resonanz auf Youtube habe ich Zwei Anläufe mit Moza gehabt. Ich hab ein Bundle mit dem R5 und eines mit dem R3 erworben. Beide weisen Probleme in der Software auf und was noch viel schlimmer ist an der Hardware. Hier erhält man Ware welche offensichtliche Gebrauchsspuren in Form von Tiefen Kratzern hat. Übergänge sind oftmals nicht grad bei der Montage ausgeübt Für Preise jenseits der 400€ absolut schlecht. Ein G923 mit Steinzeittechnik im Plastik Gewand ist unterm Strich sauberer Verarbeitet und kostet weniger als die Hälfte inkl. Shifter. Hardwaretechnisch nicht vergleichbar, aber immerhin sauber verarbeitet.

I've had two different DD bases from Moza and both of them failed within ~6months. First had an R9 that started completely loosing ffb until it was fully dead. This was then sent in for replacement and i was given the choice to upgrade to an R12. I did this hoping it would be better given it was their newest product. this base worked for about 6 months until it started having the exact same issues. After about 10 minutes to 1-2 hours the ffb will just suddenly drop to under 50% of its strength leaving the wheel feeling like a toy. The only thing that temporarily fixes this is a full reset of the base. But it will just come back. Will also add that from the year i've been on their official discord i have seen loads of users posting about similar (and other) issues daily with their bases. They have a huge quality control issue. They will also ban users from their discord. I would strongly advice anyone against ever becoming a customer of this company. Just because some youtube drivers are sponsored by them does not mean its a trustworthy company. They most likely cherry picks the hardware they give to these people to make sure they seem good. But the reviews from their customers do not lie. This company has zero quality control.
