Via de webshop waar ik mijn stuur heb aangeschaft netjes aangemeld en die hebben hem netjes direct naar Moza laten sturen daar is die ook ontvangen. Hij is daar 31/07 afgeleverd. Tot op heden nog steeds niet gerepareerd terug ontvangen, het betreft referentie: 2830. We zijn nu bijna 1 maand verder dit is echt niet wat je van support/reparatie mag verwachten.

As an active MOZA user and creator of one the official CM2 dashboard preset, I can say for sure that the company does not appreciate (and I dare to say accept) any kind of criticism. MOZA has exceptional hardware but lacks big time in software development and release management. Anyone who uses Pit House knows how messy software releases and beta tests are handled. As many other Chinese companies, their goal is to take over by reinventing the wheel with a 100% closed ecosystem instead of playing along. Customer base requests to make it compatible with other software widely used across the sim racing community (i.e Simhub) are simply ignored. Meanwhile, their software is limited, often glitchy and causes crashes unexpectedly. Any constructive criticism in social media (Facebook, Discord, etc.) are deemed as negative, inappropriate or irrelevant and are immediately censored by the moderators. While direct competitors are listening to their customers and opening up their ecosystems for compatibility, MOZA insists in doing the exact opposite: IGNORE YOU as a customer.

Utilizzo da tempo diverse periferiche MOZA Racing sul mio simulatore: **MOZA HGP Shifter, MOZA SGP Sequential Shifter e MOZA HBP Handbrake**, e posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatto della scelta. Nel mio caso la ricerca delle periferiche giuste è stata particolarmente importante, perché il mio simulatore non è una postazione generica, ma è stato realizzato specificamente per il **sim rally**. Ho cercato e confrontato diverse soluzioni per parecchio tempo prima di scegliere MOZA e, per le mie esigenze, queste sono state le periferiche migliori che abbia trovato. La costruzione trasmette una grande sensazione di solidità, i comandi sono precisi e restituiscono un ottimo feeling durante la guida. In particolare, l'abbinamento tra sequenziale e freno a mano è esattamente quello che cercavo per rendere la postazione rally il più completa e coinvolgente possibile. Mi sono trovato molto bene anche con **MOZA Pit House**: il software è ben realizzato, chiaro, funzionale e permette di configurare facilmente le periferiche senza complicazioni inutili. Il prossimo passo sarà infatti quello di completare ulteriormente il simulatore con una **base Direct Drive MOZA**, non appena avrò deciso quale modello sia quello più adatto alle mie esigenze. Utilizzo e mostro queste periferiche anche sul mio **canale YouTube dedicato al sim rally**, (SimRallyK)perché quando un prodotto mi soddisfa realmente mi fa piacere consigliarlo anche a chi mi segue. Esperienza finora decisamente positiva con MOZA Racing. **Per chi vuole costruire una postazione dedicata seriamente al rally, sono prodotti che consiglio senza esitazioni.**

I've never had a issue with moza. All the products i've purchased arrived on time if not faster than the delivery date. I also made a mistake on my delivery address and they fixed it too. starting to think all these reviews are just fake accounts trying to bring down their creditability.

They erre really helpfull, the have gót the most reliable pricing ín Krete. The guy who helped is during the cár handover process MR Giannis Geo was really helpfull and mind.

nothing wrong with the product, great quality. BUT i bought the moza r5 racing bundle on 02.06.2026 for 409 euros. i bought the moza sr-p lite pedals on 13.06.2026 for 47 euros. then, in july of 2026 they release the moz r5 PRO racing bundle for ONLY 10 euros more. i cannot refund my purchases anymore (although ive used them less than a hundred hours). i cannot swap out my r5 for the r5 pro. they definitely couldve atleast let us know a month or a few before releasing the straight up better version, or offered a swap/return. i would consider them a bad company because of that. so far i havent had any problems with the set, exept bad deafault wheelbase settings (BNG and AC specifically). i mean come on? can anybody really call a company like that a good company? they really made a name for themselves in a few years but oh they fell off so badly. no complaints about the products (so far) but if you do buy a buncle you might be dissapointed about what they release a month later for only 10 euros more thats just a superrior version of what you bought with no upgrade/swap/replacemnt options availiable. i have no shame in being mad at MOZA racing, since they seem to have no shame in scamming their customers.
