2 parcels up to £150 was lost on Royal Mail and then returned to them. After several times of either asking for a refund or replacements they kept avoiding the email and saying they are gonna get back to me and sort it. They never did. Shocking customer service

Ordered the Brake Performance Kit for my SR-P Lite pedals. No issues when ordering. Delivery went smooth and the kit arrived in good order.

I am very satisfied with MOZA Racing’s products and service. The quality of the products is excellent, and everything feels well-made and reliable. The customer service has also been great—professional, helpful, and responsive. I also really like how the MOZA Racing product range continues to grow. They keep adding new and interesting products, which makes the ecosystem more complete and gives customers more options to expand their setup. It’s exciting to see what they will come up with next. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience with MOZA Racing and would definitely recommend them to others.

I have had great experience with the support, and find the products to be really high quality in their price range. The only thing I wish they improve is their shipping times.

I'm making all my simracing system based on Moza products and I'm very satisfied. Materials are very sturdy, looking pleasant and the manufacturing is awesome. Got 2 wheels (KS Pro and GS V2P GT), R12 wheel base, CRP2 pedals, HGP and SGP shifters, HGP handbrake, never had any issue or failure. Pithouse software has a good UI, maybe not immediately clear, but easy to use. Had the chance to buy directly from the website and everything ran smooth, from placing the order to getting shipment notification. Even delivery time, considering international shipment, took not more than 10 days. Pretty satisfied with the brand and highly suggested

Moza’s products are absolutely top‑tier. Excellent quality, great design, and easy to handle. Their support also provides flawless and fast assistance. Always a pleasure.
