I’ve been doing moveu for about 45 days now, and my back pain is About 70% less than when I started. It’s amazing how incorrectly we move without noticing, and moveu has helped me correct my posture a lot! Some workouts are tougher than regular standard weight training and it’s amazing! I’m an active 22 y/o and thanks to moveu I can play basketball now without much pain. Still got a long way to go in the program but so far it’s been amazing!!!!

You guys... THIS PROGRAM IS EVERYTHING. Worth every single friggin penny. The programming alone is so on point but the community is what makes it a game changer. Having pain can feel isolating when no one around you gets it. Having a community to help who has been there/ is going through it too/ or has gotten past it makes such a huge difference. I suffered a very large severe herniation, was losing hope, was about to get surgery- but the community gave me so much support and love that I was able to cancel my surgery and I am feeling better every single day doing the movements. Of course I have a long road to recovery but these tools I am learning are a great investment for the rest of my life. I will be thriving. I am empowered to take control of my own health and not depend on the medical system to “fix me” because they can’t. But I CAN! I feel confident I can tackle anything that comes my way. If you are skeptical, let me assure you- this is one of the best investments you will ever make. You only have one body- make it a strong one in alignment. This program will teach you how to do just that with a kick a** community who will support you every step of the way.

I had been running for like a year or so, and then was told to strengthen my body... Got into a gym and then started felling back, knee and elbow pain... I was really conscious about my movements, but didn’t have neither the knowledge nor someone to correct me properly... I was never saw my pain as normal, I was really ready to change it, but was never told what to do properly(it was always strengthen the core and knee...). I’m also REALLY interested in how the body works! Then I found move u !!! Don’t fell knee or elbow pain anymore... The back still bothers me a little bit... Excited to fix my sh&$ 😁😁😁

This is the kind of thing people, all people, should be learning at school before they learn to catch a ball! I’m glad I found this program now while I still have the inspiration to fix my shizzel!

No words can express my appreciation for MoveU! It has given my back my independence and my ability to set exercise goals once again! After several years of pain and useless doctor and physio visits, I am finally getting in control of my own body again!
