I would give zero if I could! Stay clear of these people. They advertise sales to get your money then keep telling you the order will be sent in a few days. I ordered 7 weeks ago and the order still isn't processed. Don't believe the 5 star reviews I think they set up fake accounts to give themselves 5 stars to bring their ratings up. 1 star is too much for this company.

Leute seit hier vorsichtig falls ihr was kaufen wollt

My item was “delivered” aka returned to sender. I never received my item. I never received any follow up communication from movesea. I attempted to chat online with someone but it took several hours for someone to be available. They said I would receive another shipment but that has never happened. Unfortunately, I did not receive my item. It seems I may need to pursue a charge back with my credit card company due to no item and no communication.
Response from MOVESEAMay 30, 2024
Dear Brooke, We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your order. According to our records, the estimated delivery dates for your order were between April 29 and May 7, and UPS confirmed the delivery on May 6. Therefore, your comment is not accurate, as your order was successfully delivered. We strive to provide the best service possible and regret that this situation has led to your dissatisfaction but we believe your comment does not fully reflect the efforts we made to fulfill your order as promised. Best regards, MOVESEA Team.
