great purchase , product works well , is very sturdy

It’s been almost 2 weeks and the item still had not shipped. On the order confirmation it says ready to ship. Can’t get ahold of anyone directly. Can only leave a voicemail. I had ordered the same mount last year and it was already here and I was using it for my Surface Pro within two weeks of the purchase. Starting to lose my faith in you guys.

The website was easy to use, they had what we needed and received the merchandise a few days later.

Shipping does not calculate until after you have purchased. Slow shipping even though is was asked to be expedited.

The ordering process was easy. Delivery of the product was as promised, within the estimated time. We have used the electric version of the Sit Stand workstation. This new order is the manual version. We have not installed them yet but expect they'll work as well as the other.

Unfortunately, this laptop mount couldn't accommodate my laptop. But the product seems to be great.

I needed a part that they don't sell separately, but Web helped me and got me the part quickly.
