I inquired on what monitor to purchase. A Salesperson recommended a arm that would hold my monitor but would not let it go in portrait mode. A function crucial for its use. I wish I had know this for now I have to pay shipping and a restocking fee. EDIT: Seller was willing to adjust my restocking fee. I raised my review on my experience

We are sorry the mount did not meet your needs. The product clearly states it can "Be mounted" in either landscape or portrait format but does not say the monitor can be rotated from landscape to portrait. We would have suggested a mount to meet your needs but due to the monitor being mounted, a suggestion was not available. You will be responsible for return shipping but I will waive the restocking fee.

Easy install
Easy install, bracket to mount to floor Infeel could have been designed a bit better for a better fit. A lot of adjustment needed to get fit, but overall happy with ease of install and quality.

Would have been five but the vendor they used for my product gave an inaccurate ETA.
