Poor customer service
This company's customer service is very much lacking. While the product may be quality, I cannot say I would prder it again juat based on the customer service. Save yourself an consider ordering it from Amazon or WalMart online to insure you're able to return it should it not work out.

It is a pathetic excuse of a company.
It is a pathetic excuse of a company. After waiting for nearly a month(!) for the mount, my order got cancelled and I had to nag the company to get my refund. (BTW, they charged my card at the time I placed my order). Ordered a replacement from Amazon and got it 2 days later.

Good Day to you Al, I am very sorry your order didn't go as planned. We cancelled your order at your request, on the day you requested it cancelled. Your card was refunded the next business day after you requested the cancellation. The product you ordered was showing in stock at the time of your order, but complications at the manufacturers warehouse were out of our control. I'm not sure what product you ordered from Amazon, but it was not the same custom configuration, designed specifically for heavy duty curved screens as the order you placed. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
