Fantastic customer service via the Live Chat, Alison answered all my concerns very efficiently and with patience, even if I meandered somewhat and one question led to yet another :) She even logged into my site to check everything was working as it should and set up a test page for me to illustrate how to achieve various things, as well as issue a tech support ticket for a theme customisation that I wanted to do.

MotoPress LIVE CHAT really works. I installed and activated the MotoPress Timetable some time ago, and got stuck. Today I decided to revisit the pluggin to have a second go, and again got stuck.... Just at this time the LIVE CHAT screen said "HELLO" and Alison was able to go through all my questions and reply with ease and even found a glitch in the Fushion Builder (more about that below). So was able to compile my timetable and modify different parameters etc. and it is looking really great. Now to the Fushion builder, apparently there as a layering problem which the MotoPress guys fixed an issue in the time that I was on LIVE CHAT The only pluggin that I've used and had first hand help with. Thank you Alison :-)
