I've been working with Andre Flores for setting up Hotel Booking Plugin
I've been working with Andre Flores for setting up the Hotel Booking plugin and he is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable in the product and is helpful with suggestions and ideas. Andre is very fast to respond to emails and has never missed one. I have worked with many companies in the past and I was kind of skeptical about working with this one but I am extremely pleased and very happy with the customer support and the software support that I have received. I am definitely going to use MotoPress again because their support is amazing and they have an awesome product. I will highly recommend MotoPress to anyone looking to use their plug-ins and booking software.

Amazing support even for a free theme
Even if the theme I chose is free (Albatros), the support I received was quick and very helpful, I realy didn't expect it. It was a very pleasant surprise. I'm grateful for the help.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. These people are horrible. They end the chat whenever they want to and then say that we have been rude. You can be a paying customer.... and they will still talk down on you. Am going to file a lawsuite against Jetimpex, Inc. and Motopress.

Great, versatile booking plugin
The MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin has been the most versatile booking tool I have found to accommodate our rental property's complex pricing (e.g., extra guest fees, variable pricing for different stay lengths/seasons, taxes, and fees). The integration with Elementor has nice touches, making our website buildout so much easier than the days of HTML or even manually adding shortcodes to blank WordPress pages. I also love the ability to sync with our VRBO calendars, which we have been managing manually between two sites for 10+ years (!). Special thanks to John for responding so quickly to my support ticket!

Updated to use on multisite install
I downloaded the Time Table to use on my multisite install. It didn't originally work but it was updated and works just like we were expect. Thanks John Davis and team.
