Technical support is awful
Technical support is awful. Zero response to support requests. Developer documentation is non-existent and NO ONE could provide me with information about the hooks so I can modify my site.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you have such an experience however we may only guarantee that our products perform all the functionality that is described in the documentation. As for the custom functionality so our team does not offer advanced customization orders at the moment. Though we do our best to provide assistance with style and layout customizations that may require overriding templates of the plugin. Feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.
