Andre made my experience great. My Admin panel was corrupted. He figured out what the issue was and restored my Booking menus. I know he went out of his way to help. He also gave me some good tips and it convinced me to upgrade. I'm a MotoPress fan now.

I purchased a theme with the Hotel Booking plugin. I had problems in several places. I reported this to the support team. However, the problem was not solved. I talked to the software developers and we couldn't solve the problem. I wanted to return it within the legal time, but my request was not accepted. The reason why this request is not accepted is because I don't download the plugin. Yes, you read correctly, if you downloaded the add-on, you cannot return it. Plugin and theme are idle. I'm struggling to get my money back but they're having fun with me.

We have checked your correspondence with our technical support representatives and found out that your initial request related to the purchased Booklium theme appeared to be a matter of custom changes, which is not included in our basic support. Nevertheless, our support agents were ready to review your request as a custom order. We would like to highlight that the theme functions as per the live demo and matches its description on the preview page, so there are no issues with the product appearance or functionality.
