MotoPressReviews of motopress.com

Eugene White is a great customer suport team from Motopress. he should become the staff of the year! Hope your boss will double your salary.

quick response, fixed issue

I interacted with Steve while configuring the Education theme and plugin, and it was a real pleasure to get his help and tips. E.g. how to add custom labels for the appointment plugin, how to fix an issue with the calendar. When buying a template from the web, you are no always sure if the promised help can be accessed, but it seems MotoPress is a reliable company. Thanks again Steve. Update: Jan 13th, 2023 I just want to append to my earlier review: after leaving a 5 star review, the support suddenly stopped (8 days and counting), I got no more responses from Steve. This is kind of sad. Lesson: better ask your questions before you leave a review. Update: Jan 17, 2023 It seems my email went to spam somehow. I got the follow up.

We had some issues with layout and CSS-related and their support team sorted them out really quickly and assisted us in setting up the plugin as per our requirements. Much appreciated support, keep going!

Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great support !

Packed full of features The Motopress Hotel Booking plugin is packed full of very thoughtful features. It has most if not all of the functionality a vacation rental operator would need to run their business. I do find that having full control over the look and feel of the output is a little clunky but the developer seems to be working on this which is terrific.

This is by far, the best software support i ever seen. the always answer right away, and help with any issues or adjustment you need. Just perfect.
