High-quality themes and high-quality customer service. I encountered a little confusion and some minor issues with customizing a theme I had purchased. The team was and are very helpful, and are very quick to respond.

I am very disappointed in myself for not identifying that this product was so rubbish before making the purchase. There is no refund policy, which is rather disappointing. I encourage anyone considering a purchase to try setting the plugin up in a real-world situation. Here are a few things that I really was amazed at how poor this product is: Setting prices: Instead of the normal of a simple x per extra adult or child you have to manually set the price for each number and combination. The formatting: Each item has a class associated, but this isn´t documented so making anything even remotely presentable requires a lot of work. The booking process: Quite simply, it's really clunky. Nothing works quite as well as it could or should. Customer support: I´m not sure if support is provided by non-native English speakers or if they are just not very smart. I found dealing with support rather like arguing with a 4-year-old. The would quote a number of facts, but never actually relate that to my questions. Overall, just don´t waste your money, you are unlikely to implement something you are happy with.

Dear Phil, Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you've faced issues while working with the Hotel Booking plugin. It should be mentioned that we provide the possibility for any user to register a free personal demo to test out the plugin functionality, as well as allow access to the support forum and the plugin documentation before the purchase. As for the refund policy, we do have it available on the website, so anyone can check it before the purchase as well. Setting up the price per night for each combination of adults/children provides more flexibility. It allows one to set up different prices for different combinations of adults/children, which is highly demanded by many property rental owners. Each plugin element has a unique class/ID applied to it indeed, so you may style the plugin elements via CSS. The classes/ID's can be easily defined via tools built in any browser. The booking process is also quite simple and understandable: select dates - search - choose desired accommodation - fill in the personal information on the checkout page - proceed with the payment. We will be more than happy to provide you with further assistance with your issues, so feel free to submit a request to our Help Desk to get help. Best regards, MotoPress team

During the demo they offer, a pop-up window appears to make an appointment, which is why I opted to purchase this plugin. However, it turns out that they indicate that Elementor is compatible but not for popups and therefore tell me that the refund policy cannot take place. Lack of communication, anti-commercial and a lot of impossibility in this plugin but hidden behind a refund policy that only suits them. I do not recommend this company at all.

Dear Anthony, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that we do not have a pop-up window functionality in any of the Appointment Booking demos. We use a widget, which slides out from the side of the screen after clicking the "Book" button. Considering compatibility with Elementor, the Appointment Booking plugin is indeed compatible with free Elementor. Besides the Appointment Booking is integrated with Elementor, which means you are able to add it's elements to existing Elementor pages via extra Elementor widgets. As for the Elementor pop-up widget, it is available in the Elementor Pro version only and we've never advertised the Appointment Booking plugin as compatible with the paid Elementor Pro version features. By the way, our support agents have tested the Appointment Booking form with some most popular free pop-up plugins for WordPress and had no issues with them. So in case you need the form to function within pop-up/modal window specifically, feel free to use an alternative free solution for that matter. Best regards, MotoPress Team
