So far it has been a great experience…
So far it has been a great experience with Motobuy. I got very fast response when a question was asked. Love the Hurricane x. Upgrades are coming soon. But for now I'm just going to enjoy the machine and have fun. Even at 65 years old they are a blast. This is our second bike and highly recommend them.

Bike came damaged still haven’t…
Bike came damaged still haven’t received MCO paperwork after 3+ weeks, I emailed into motobuys and have not received any follow up at all….

Great bike for the price!
I originally purchased a minibike that was a Coleman. It was too little with not enough power. This hurricane is an awesome bike right out of the gate so far so good starts up every time thank y’all so much. The only thing better about it is maybe a model that’s a little bit taller.

Order not received
** updated… since motobuys responded. Yes they did mark the package as delivered. They also stated the package was signed for by my grandson, I don’t have a grandson. Also they stated the grandson was a minor and it was signed for by him. Then Tina stated the package wasn’t signed for that no one answer the door and the driver put it in some shed. She had turn her story around constantly. The delivery photo they provided was taken 14 days after the alleged delivery and no item is shown in delivery photo. Furthermore the delivery carrier has horrible reviews and to this date when I contact the actual carrier they stated this was misdelivered and motobuys needs to file a claim and as of their response motobuys has not filed a claim. Placed an order and it was confirmed that it was misdelivered and apparently handed to a minor. The delivery team confirmed error and told me the merchant will handle replacement/refund. Merchant told me they would refund my account yesterday than told me at the end of day they’d follow up with an update tomorrow and still no refund. I have now had to file a complaint with BBB and file a chargeback. They constantly lie about resolving issues

They have provided full delivery documentation, including confirmation that the package was delivered and signed for at the delivery address. We do want to keep helping, though. We'll gladly share the carrier's proof of delivery with you, and we're willing to continue working with you on any further investigation

What an awful experience- please don’t…
What an awful experience- please don’t waste your money on this garbage. Roll bar didn’t fit and these clowns have fake reviews on their web site. There is no way to leave a real review which should tell you a lot about the legitimacy of this company. Laughable - they tell me to call customer service they have ghosted me and won’t reply to emails. Paid for a warranty I’ll never get to use. Paid for it to be put together and the fuel system was hooked up wrong. Paid for delivery and had to pick it up. Had to put new brakes on it 4 months in because of a defective part. Buy a Polaris instead of this junk
