I ordered the new model of the Magician 250. I read carefully the description and looked at the picture before buying, it said it came with counter balanced shaft engine and new graphics. They sent me the old model that does not come with the new graphics or the counter balanced engine. I called them to get the correct model, and they told me that model is not out, yet so it was my fault and I have to pay restocking fee and to ship it back, even though they had it posted on their website. I took screen shot of their website to show them what it said but they changed the website later that morning and said it was my fault; I even opted out of full assembly because I wanted to make an assembly video but they sent the old model fully assembled and said since it was the last one, they threw the assembly in for free. I will never buy from them again.

** updated… since motobuys responded. Yes they did mark the package as delivered. They also stated the package was signed for by my grandson, I don’t have a grandson. Also they stated the grandson was a minor and it was signed for by him. Then Tina stated the package wasn’t signed for that no one answer the door and the driver put it in some shed. She had turn her story around constantly. The delivery photo they provided was taken 14 days after the alleged delivery and no item is shown in delivery photo. Furthermore the delivery carrier has horrible reviews and to this date when I contact the actual carrier they stated this was misdelivered and motobuys needs to file a claim and as of their response motobuys has not filed a claim. Placed an order and it was confirmed that it was misdelivered and apparently handed to a minor. The delivery team confirmed error and told me the merchant will handle replacement/refund. Merchant told me they would refund my account yesterday than told me at the end of day they’d follow up with an update tomorrow and still no refund. I have now had to file a complaint with BBB and file a chargeback. They constantly lie about resolving issues

What an awful experience- please don’t waste your money on this garbage. Roll bar didn’t fit and these clowns have fake reviews on their web site. There is no way to leave a real review which should tell you a lot about the legitimacy of this company. Laughable - they tell me to call customer service they have ghosted me and won’t reply to emails. Paid for a warranty I’ll never get to use. Paid for it to be put together and the fuel system was hooked up wrong. Paid for delivery and had to pick it up. Had to put new brakes on it 4 months in because of a defective part. Buy a Polaris instead of this junk

Ordered a trailmaster 50cc scooter. Worked for a few days , needed new battery the company said , then worked for few days needs new carborator the company said , worked one day , bike will not turn over when started. Occasionally when it does I wouldn’t trust it !! I can’t ride this scooter and several calls back and forth they don’t care !!! No problem sending parts but they sell lemons. I asked to return it they said no well look at it but if it starts upon arrival I pay for shipping both ways! I’ve put so much money into this trash of a scooter that I could have bought a good one from a company that’s not a scammer and has no feelings for their customers ! It’s like ordering a scooter from SHEIN!! now I have to sell it for parts and only had it for three months !!!!!!!! Do not buy from this company. Beware !!! Money hungry and heartless !!!!! Go to your local store and buy !!!!! Save yourself money and a headache. Scam ! UPDATE !! THEY REPLIED TO THIS POST TO PRETEND TO EVERYONE THEY WANT TO HELP AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT! ALREADY SPOKE TO TINA THE MANAGER OVER 87 TIMES .. TRUTH IS COMPANY SAID FU NOTHING THEY CAN DO - SORRY I GOT A NON WORKING LEMON OF A SCOOTER BUT THATS THE CHANCES YOU TAKE WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE !!! THE PLACE IS A SCAM THEY SELL NON WORKING PRODUCTS AND DO NOT CARE AS LONG AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY !!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!! AND A FAKE REPLY IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST SCAMMIEST THING A COMPANY CAN DO. WHEN THEY ARE FULLY AWARE THEY TOLD ME THEY WONT REFUND OR REPLACE EVEN THO ITS UNDER WARRANTY!!! Wow

Orders a scooter, that arrived with no assembly instructions, contacted the customer service 3 times no reply. Scooter had some scratches from where the key had been used a lot and a small dent in the top part of the fender. Put the scooter together with other scooters videos and pictures from the manufacturer, but will be taking it to have a mechanic look at it, which will be a separate expense I will have to acquire. •consumer protection laws federally and in some states, state that if something requires more assembly than the average person can do on their own, if instruction are not provided the item is considered sold as a defective item, and warranty can be void since it could be put together correctly •

I placed an order for an assembled Trailmaster Taurus 200GX on April 9th. Other than an automated confirmation, I didn’t receive any updates, until I reached out inquiring about delivery updates. That started a 3 week inquiry of me reaching out with little to no response. When I did get a response, they didn’t align. I didn’t receive a shipping email until I filed a dispute with my bank nearly 30 days after ordering. The unit itself runs really loud, struggles to climb hills at our campground, and came without the ordered windshield. Overall, I would recommend to spend a little more on your golf cart/utv to save yourself the headache of dealing with this company.

Two phone calls to Customerservice and I still don’t have a status on my order. Both people were very abrupt cold and seemed anxious to get off the phone.

Ordered two rps 125cc four wheelers for my kids for Christmas of 2025 and paid extra to have them assembled before arrival. Within a month of riding them, the frame has cracked in two places on both of them, the back rack welds broke and the rack came off. Back brake light bracket weld broke, air filter fell right off. Exhaust bracket welds broke with exhaust hanging. You call Bob to try and talk to the warranty people and he laughs saying, iv sold thousands of these the welds dont break like that. Of course you call the warranty place multiple times and no answer or no return call on a voicemail. It is now only 3 months of having and my kids cant even ride them safely. Do not waste your money on this garbage and half careless customer sevice after purchase.
