Fast Reliable Delivery
I was genuinely surprised when my ATV arrived earlier than the promised delivery date. It was in perfect condition, and the assembly instructions were clear! I've had bad experiences with other sites, but Motobuys restored my faith in online shopping for big-ticket items.

Mediocre Customer Service
The site offers competitive prices and a great range, but they really need to step their customer service game. Response times was slower than expected, and I felt like I was left in the dark a couple of times. Hope they improve this aspect.

Hassle free Return
I was skeptical about ordering online, but when i had to return a helmet that didn't fit, the process was seamless. Customer service very understanding and expedient in handling my return. Will shop again based on this experience.

Great Selection, Decent Price
Loved the vast array of products available on Motobuy. The prices are quite reasonable compared to other. I found exactly what I was looking for and my order arrived promptly. A little more communication during the shipping would be great, though.

No titles Can't register them
No titles Can't register them. I ordered 3 dirt bikes from them and paid $39 extra per bike to get the Dealer Endorsed MCO/Title Processing, so I can register them. Our state requires a title in order to register them for off-road use. I have called and emailed dozens of times and have not once received a call or email back. Not only did I pay $117 for Dealer Endorsed MCO/Title Processing, I paid $3,114 for 3 bikes that can only be ridden on private property, or we risk getting a $79 fine per bike each time we ride since we cannot legally register them for their off-road sticker.
