Bought a Trailmaster Mid XRX/R for my child for Christmas. It arrived in non-working order. The company did not respond to my inquiries for help until 10 DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS, and then it took 3 HOURS OF MY TIME ON THE PHONE WITH THE MECHANIC to get it working. No apology, no NOTHING. I had to explain why Santa delivered a "broken toy" to him. They didn't give a flying potato. All they wanted was their money and... "next"... NEVER again will I buy from them. Even waited a few months, in case they'd get around to reaching out after I expressed my dismay. Nada. Crickets... SMDH

they are attentive til they get your order. NEVER an answer to phonecalls to customer service and leave all the messages you want, they"ll NEVER call back. horrible support!! buy elsewhere.

This turned out to be a great company, I'm was very concerned in the beginning as the customer service department is Difficult to reach by phone, emailing them works better and they and the technician are Extremely Knowledgeable, I am not a very patient person, relax and everything works out!! I purchased the Trailmaster Sorento and am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with this 150cc motorcycle 🏍 😎 👌 😄

Don’t believe the 3-5 days before shipping. My order for two motorcycles too 35 days. Yes on day 28 they answered my emails and phone calls. When I say 35 that is only counting Mondays-Fridays. The bike is awesome to ride except the battery was missing and I had to buy a $150 battery. They won’t respond to my email about the battery so we waited so long I bought one.

Don't spend your valuable time with them. Placed an order based on their terms for "In stock" item, they canceled because can't honor free shipping advertisement. Placed second order, they canceled again without any notice and changed the price on product. Will not honor their word, don't waste your time with them.

This machine is horable..not running,still no parts yet, no paperwork sent,,you won't respond..i have affirm financial..want a response.

TERRIBLE SERVICE THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES U CALL OR EMAIL THEM MY ORDER IS SP17340 they sent me a 250cc titan that has oil leaks and they shipped it very late and they never pickup the phone no matter what I want my money back and I will never buy from them DO NOT BUY SCAM COMPANY ANY COMPANY THAT DOESNT REspond is a scam company
