1 week ago I ordered 2 pieces in one order. 'Order before 11pm, delivered tomorrow' So i ordered them at 10.30 pm. I understand if they will not arrive 1 day later, because I ordered them pretty late, so I would accept it if they would be delivered 2 days after ordering. 4 days later I finally received a package with ONE of the 2 items i ordered. The other one? Still not delivered, no trackingcode / update nothing. I am waiting 7 days right now and still havent received my other item. So please quit tricking costumers by saying 'delivered tomorrow'. The quality is great tho', also the product rage is great. But the last time I will order here.

Hello Ozan, Sorry for any inconvenience. Because the second design was damaged by the courier, we promptly replaced it with a new one, which is why you only received one design in your package. The second design, on the other hand, is being shipped out today. The updated tracking code has been emailed to you. Please accept our apologies if this has caused you any distress. Best, Motivinchi Team
