I placed my order in mid October. Based on the information from the website, I would be receiving the product within 7 business days. Nothing so far, I have sent emails with no reply back. I still would like the product. However no one is responding back to me. I would just like an ETA

Ich hab vor 3 Wochen bestellt und auch E-Mail Austausch gehabt, das sogar letzte Woche mein Bild auf dem Weg sein sollte. Bisher immer noch nichts erhalten und langsam wird es nervig. Vorallemdingen stimmt die Trustpilot Bewertung nicht mit der von hier überein. Hier 2.8, da 4.8.

Ich bestellte am 12 .Mai ein Bild ,habe online bezahlt und auch eine Bestätigungsmail erhalten. Seit elf Tagen tut sich nichts und nachdem ich zwei mails abschickte um nachzufragen bekam ich bis jetz keine Antwort. Kommunikation = Zero Geld bezahlt ,Ware bis jetzt nicht erhalten= Diebstahl? Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen! UPDATE----------- Nachdem ich diese Bewertung schrieb ,meldeten sich die Anbieter via email und das Bild kam in gutem Zustand nach ca 3 Wochen an. Fazit trotzdem schlecht wenn man erst eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben muss famit etwas geht und ausserdem sehr lange Wartezeit. Werde in Zukunft andere Partner wählen und vorsichtiger sein.

Produkte erhalten, soweit so gut wenn nicht folgendes Problem wäre: Bei der Lieferung waren 2 von 3 Bildern leicht beschädigt. Habe ich reklamiert, schnell eine Auskunft bekommen doch dann wurde es witzig: 1. Mir wurde eine Lieferung nicht an meine normale Lieferadresse, sondern an eine Abholstation geliefert. 2. Dazu die große Überraschung: Die reklamierten Bilder wurden in der falschen Größe geliefert. Seit nun mehr als einem Monat renne ich dem Vorgang hinterher, schreibe durchgehend Nachrichten/ Mails aber keiner meldet sich. Somit für mich ab einer Reklamation keine Kaufempfehlung.

Mein Bild kam zum Glück heil an. Zuvor habe ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert, um eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer vom Paket zu erhalten. Ich habe bis heute keine Antwort erhalten... nochmal würde ich da nichts mehr bestellen... Null Service! Geht gar nicht.

ze adverteren met 2-5 werkdagen levertijd, maar na meer dan 1 week nog steeds niks ontvangen! Meerdere mails gestuurd, maar geen reactie! Krijg ik mijn producten nog?!?

Received picture in torn box. Frame for picture was 5 pieces of timber/wood, stapled together. Staples had come out and middle piece of wood lying on bottom of frame, NOT professionally done as i expect for $300+ picture.
