I bought an art, it was mentioned in the deception “ready to hang” I received the printing only. Do u believe that I have time to put in a frame or canvas ???
Response from MOTIVINCIAug 19, 2022
Dear Makram, Greetings from Motivinci! We apologize for the inconvenience that have caused you. Upon checking you ordered a poster. Our poster products don't come with a frame. It's clearly written in our website that posters don't come with frames. Only the Canvas and Glass have suspension that can be hang. We can arrange this settlement. I've tried emailing you but I got no response. Please email us at [email protected]. Thank you. Kind regards, Motivinci Monette CSR
