Make order 15 days ago, paid £23 for shipping when it says 2-5 working days, since then no update or shipping. Sent email about updates, but no answer at all. Don’t know how long need to wait for update or delivery. Worst service ever.

The picture is beautiful no complaints. I wish they had a black duck option also though. I received my order well packed with no damage. The shipping box was damaged but the picture itself wasn’t. I am very happy with my art and will be shopping with motivinci in the near future! Thank you
