Positives- The weight of the blanket definitely helps. negatives- Tiny beeds are sliding all over the place leaving it flat in about 75% of each square. It's also noisy and less comfortable then I expected. Great concept, I personally feel like there could be more done to balance it out and make it more comfortable.

I love it. It helps my daughter with a whole bunch of difficulties ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Mood Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder & sleep disorder sleep much better. She still needs melatonin just because when she doesn't she stays awake till 11 pm. It also helps calm my 5 month old son when he is over tired. I may need to by one just for him.
