The mos team did a great job helping me get more aid for school. I hope to use them more in the future!

My assigned person was great (thanks Robin!), but the overall value for the service is simply not there. $150 for someone to assist me in getting my FAFSA money, which I applied for myself, doesn't work. I was under the impression, after reading the website, that I would be getting assistance with scholarships as well, which is NOT part of the package. So i was very disappointed in the overall value of the service, and the lack of transparency on the site at sign up.

Fantastic customer service. They gave me everything I needed, told me everything I needed to know, and I got over 7K!

My understanding is that MOS would be working on getting me scholarships dollars so I can use it to pay off my school fees/loans but so far they got me $500. We have 8 more months so let see what happens.

So far I still can't tell if this is a scam. I tried putting my information in and the application form is telling me I'm "still missing information" I'm not impressed yet and hopefully these other reviews don't end up being from scammers

I was happy to have worked with Kevin and Alex throughout this process but I was expecting to receive funds from the government that I could apply to my tuition. Overall they did a good job helping me communicate with my school and getting them to look into my situation. I hope that I can move forward after this semester and won't have to jump through any more hoops now that the school knows my situation.

Definitely speeded things up for my kid. He is a bit scatterbrained, but having everything automated in one task helped him get through.
