My experience with Morty on every level was spectacular! I spoke with close to 10 mortgage companies and brokers and not only did Morty get us the best rates, but their customer service is stellar. Phillip and Noah guided us through the process and were there every step of the way. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and attentive. Their response time to answer questions was always fast. On several occasions we needed advice and they were spot on! The whole application process was also very easy and straight forward. They Morty dashboard is great and keeps things organized as you know exactly where you are during the entire escrow, including whenever you need to upload documents or answer questions. I was even able to get new rate lock during escrow which was .75% better! Thanks Morty and thank you Phillip and Noah for helping make our first home purchase an enjoyable one! I would use Morty again, without question!

Morty has very competitive rates and good service. Phillip and Tim were always there to answer any questions. We also took advantage of rate float down which was great. No high pressure sales pitch and bait and switch rates. Need to follow up and make sure application is moving forward but fairly simple process.

My broker, Diego and my closer, Keegan were by my side the whole time, always available to address any issues and move the process along smoothly, ahead of schedule and headache-free. everything was done through emails and uploads this is the modern way to go. All the Morty staff that worked on my mortgage were very good at communicating and getting back with me with what I needed and when I needed to submit it. Jack was a great closing lead and when things get hairy he would always step in call and email right away.
