This was my first time buying a house and as a first-time home buyer working with a new construction home, to say the process was stressful would be an understatement...and then I found Morty! From locking in rates, working through multiple rate locks, and working with the bank, the title company, and the builder, Morty was there to help me at every step. Jack literally carried me through most of the insanity my builder and the title company created during closing and I can not thank him enough for that, he is absolutely amazing! To Jack and the Morty team, thank you for making a stressful process so easy and simple!

Excellent service, they make it happened, daily follow up making contact with all parties to be informed and keep you informed, they push all ends to meet the goal, Jack the executive is always one step ahead.

We definitely recommend Morty! Diego helped us throughout the whole process. He patiently and professionally responded to emails/texts in a timely manner and addressed any concerns we had right away. Michael, the loan officer, was a pleasure to work with! He was communicative during the entire process. He answered all of our questions and if he didn't know right away - he would get back to us at least the same day. We never felt out of the loop and the process was painless. Tim, the closing associate, was also communicative. He made the official closing a positive experience when we needed to meet the closing date. Buying a house is a big decision and the process isn't linear so, we are thankful that Michael and Tim were there to support us through closing! Thank you so, so much!
