What can I say
What can I say, we applied it went through no hitches and we went to settlement. But at settlement I found out that Mortgage America had already sold the mortgage to Wells Fargo.

I didn’t like how my mortgage was sold even before my first mortgage payment was made.

I know Mortgage America thru having the most experience, knowledgeable, kind and understanding Loan Officer Mr. Jeff Sowers Meeting Mr Sowers was such a relief for my husband and I as being 1st time home owners We felt very comfortable with his patience in explaining every detail and answering our questions in a very professional manner

Simply The Best!
Always there to help with any questions. Clients feel comfortable and process made easy for them too. Sometimes transactions are not easy and Mortgage America always finds the solutions and gets to closing!
