Lack of communication and updates. Very slow process. Didn't feel like a customer, felt like someone's paycheck. Sold mortgage same day as closing after being told they weren't going to sell it. All of this when I had a 15% down payment on a $300k house, agreed to pay off PMI prior to closing and have an 830 credit score. Will not be using their services again.
