Jeff Sowers and the whole team were great throughout the process. They work well with our realtor. The title company was excellent as well. The only thing I would like to see done better for the next person, is to clearly point out the delinquent debts on the credit reports provided by you, and emphasize the need to pay them down or off, very early on in the process. It was pointed out a little late, but we were determined to not let it stop us, and luckily had the ability to catch up fast, or we would have had to delay closing or lose it altogether.
