Mortgage AmericaReviews of mortgagebankamerica.com

Mortgage America was suggested to me by a close personal friend, and the team there was extremely helpful. We hit some snags along the way, but the team worked diligently, and worked with me to make me a homeowner. Someone always answered my question, whether it was the Sr. Loan Officer, or the underwriter sometimes answering well into the later hours of the evening. The title company they worked with was truly amazing as well. I am thankful for the team at Mortgage America, and all that they helped me accomplish!

Great company to work with. Very profesional, attentive and excellent customer service. This is the second mortgage we got from Mortgage America and we will come back if we will ever need another one.

The process from start to finish was a breeze. This was my second time working with Mortgage America in the past year (purchase and refi) and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Team worked their magic and was very helpful!

From start to finish, Mortgage America does an outstanding job! I have been using the Berks County branch for years. All of my clients are very satisfied with the service they provide.

Chris has always done a great job for me and my clients

Mortgage America did a great job for us with our home refinance. Jim Shields was our point of contact and Jim and the entire Mortgage America team were fantastic to work with. I would refer Mortgage America to anyone based on the quality of their work. Thanks, Ed Jones

The pre-application numbers were exactly what we were looking for in terms of a mortgage payment. By the time settlement came, our final number increased almost $100. I'm a need to know person and felt like the employee was annoyed every time I had a question or wanted an answer. I don't speak the language of loan officers so explanations brought down to my level would have been more helpful. It would have been helpful too if they were understanding of this. Overall they got us the home we were interested in but some improvements to their customer service should be made.
