Great products, love the smell and they make my hair look shiny. Very informative through the all process from ordering till the delivery, ordered few times and never had any problems.

I purchased some products online with Moroccanoil. They didn't work out for me. It took three emails to get instructions on how to return. I sent back on 12/13/24 via FedEx per their instructions. Tracking number states that it was received by them on 12/17/24. As of today 1/11/25 I have not received the refund and now I am back to writing email hoping they will respond. They have horrible customer service. I would never order on their website again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is non existent. I would never buy from here again. Have tried contacting via email and social media and no response. Dreadful!

Customer service is none existent ..I have received a faulty product ..pump not working on curl cream so I carnt use it ..I e paid almost £50 for this useless product ..emailed twice and just get auto response .I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN ..AVOID AVOID AVOID ...I will contact my bank as the complaints process does seem to work from the customer service and they have sold me a faulty product .product also took ages to arrive ...not happy

I have ordered in the online shop on the 26.11.2024. Lucky me I choose Klarna as a payment option because until now (>3 weeks!) I have not received my ordner. 1 week ago I contacted the support Mail Adress - no answer so far. I am really disappointed since I ordered the products for christmas.

This is a genuine company, I was kept informed of my orders progress.. which arrived in a timely manner. My products were beautifully packed, and complete. I do feel the previous reviews are unjust, and makes me wonder if there are some fake websites out there. My advice to you would be wherever you order your moroccan oil from maybe research that particular website and check you're on the genuine site. I placed my order on 24th October & received order on 28th October 2024 I highly recommend.

Thanks to Moroccanoil sponsoring Eurovision, I found out they are Israeli, and as I boycott Israeli products I stopped buying their products and changed to an actual Moroccan argan oil brand. Now my hair is so much healthier! I have realised that Moroccanoil was drying and bleaching my hair especially combined with sun exposure. It has lots of unnecessary ingredients besides the oil.Lesson learned - get the authentic thing, not an overpriced product of cultural appropriation from the master appropriators of cultures of the world.
