MorefilterReviews of morefilter.com

Complete SCAM - similar to the other reviews - You pay for the order it never comes and they claim to have had the wrong address. This is not an accident and they are conducting illegal fraud. Please report to authorities asap and NEVER use this site.

Did not ship the product I ordered. Received an email instead from Hong Kong in broken English that said they were 'preparing an alternative' for me and shipped me a counterfeit labeled 'filters-store.com' with a gmail address stamped on the side. DO NOT use this site.

A bit deceptive in their advertising. Product is a knockoff but seems to fit. Will see if it works same as OEM. Hard to work with as they are based in china and their charges on the card don't match their name or site.

Same as other reviews. Customer service sucks. They do not accept returns and told me to donate filters. Did not realize until to late they are in China. Shipping took a long time.. I will not order from them again and would recommend trying someone else.

Does not allow returns at all - complete lie from website. Told me to donate them.. lol

I contacted customer service wanting to exchange filters when I ordered the incorrect filters. I was willing to pay return shipping, even pay for them to ship the correct filters to me since it was my error, but I was told; “We are afraid that you have ordered the wrong item. We sent out the right item. According to our policy, we are unable to offer compensation for your order. As you are a valuable customer, we can offer a 20% off discount for you to reorder the right filters.” Interestingly, their website says nothing about not accepting exchanges and they offer FREE returns for 15 days. Needless to say, I got what I needed :-) I filed a dispute with PayPal and they IMMEDIATELY offered to send the correct filters if I would remove the dispute (I asked for an address to return the incorrect filters but they didn’t reply). Now that I have read so many negative reviews about this company I am curious to see how well these filters will work. No matter, I won’t order from this company again. Their customer service sucks canal water. Thanks to PayPal for forcing them to do the upstanding thing!

I ordered a 3-pack of water filters for my fridge from morefilter.com. I never received a confirmation or shipping email, but received the order quickly. After 2 days of use, the water dispenser stalls several seconds before giving water, and our ice maker stopped working. I contacted customer service via their website contact form, and haven't received a response. They have, however, posted a notice that several customers have been contacting their CS department because of purchases from another supplier and "mistakenly" attributed to morefilter. I checked my credit card statement, and the charge is labelled "online shopping." I double checked my browser history and definitely ordered from morefilter. Now I have 3 malfunctioning water filters. The price was too good to be true.

This company listed a specific filter as the correct one according to model number. I ordered 4. After receiving the filters, and realizing they didn't come close to what we had, I contacted support. I was informed that they would only refund 70% and refused to pay for return shipping. IDI NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
